SPORA SWIMMING CLUB

Spora Swimming Club is a swimming club located in Pangandaran, West Java, Indonesia. Training sessions are held regularly at two locations: Tirta Husada Swimming Pool (Dr. Abu) every Sunday from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, and Kali Belo Swimming Pool every Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.

Spora Swimming Club was established to provide a positive, enjoyable, and healthy activity that contributes to the long-term development of children and adolescents. The club offers swimming lessons for beginners with no prior swimming experience, starting from the age of six through adolescence. Founded in 2017, Spora Swimming Club emerged from a deep concern over the high number of drowning incidents involving children, both in swimming pools and in open water, due to a lack of basic swimming skills.

The training program covers fundamental swimming skills, proper swimming techniques, and essential water safety and self-rescue skills, including how to assist others in emergency situations. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical training and is designed to guide participants from beginner level until they are able to swim independently using at least one swimming style.

In addition to physical training, Spora Swimming Club emphasizes discipline, character building, moral values, and child and youth safety awareness. Through this program, Spora Swimming Club is committed to fostering healthy, skilled, and responsible young individuals.
