Friends of Children (Sahabat Anak) is a community initiative based in Cibungur Village, Bandung Regency, committed to creating opportunities for children from underserved communities to grow, learn, and build a better future. We believe that every child holds valuable potential and, with the right support, can thrive and develop to their fullest.

 

Through sustained mentoring programs, Sahabat Anak provides holistic support that encompasses education, health, and character development. A range of initiatives are designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, including Saung Pintar, Ruang Pintar (Cijeruk), Children’s Homework Support Club, Reading Garden, Family of Peace, Healthy Children Program, and Children’s Scholarship Program.

 

Cijeruk Learning Center (Ruang Pintar Cijeruk) represents one of Sahabat Anak’s tangible efforts to expand access to education. Through this learning space, children receive academic guidance, character-building support, and a variety of educational activities tailored to their needs, ensuring a meaningful and continuous learning experience.
