Clean Water Program

Recognizing that thriving families need access to clean drinking water, YSA has provided clean water filters and education since 2005.  By providing simple and affordable household filters, along with basic health and hygiene education, YSA has helped hundreds of families in Bandung, Pangandaran and surrounding areas experience better overall health and wellness.  We have also distributed filters in several relief efforts - Pangandaran, Yogyakarta, and, most recently, North Lombok.

Community Health Checks

YSA staff have performed basic health checks and provided information about nutrition and healthy lifestyles.  Regular community programs check blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar and provide referrals when necessary.
